Thomaston Math Students are Rewarded by Adams
While other students their age were busy at the beach, the students from both Thomaston Center School and Black Rock School were busy conquering the academic world by competing in the Thomaston Summer Math Passport created by Thomaston teacher, Sue Dalka. Each mathematician was quested with a list of local businesses to travel to, including a visit to Adams, where they were challenged with an equation.
Those who solved the problems at all locations, were entered to win some awesome prizes donated by Adams Hometown Markets. Kenny, Dee, Marissa and Sean from our Thomaston Location were on hand to shell out the goodies to the talented students.
Congrats to all the Mathletes!
