* 2 (1-lb.) whole uncooked lobsters
* 3 Tbsp. salt
* clarified butter
1. Thaw lobsters if frozen. In a 6-qt saucepan, bring 3 qts. of water and salt to a boil. Place lobsters in boiling water; cover and return to boiling point. Reduce heat; simmer 12-15 min. Larger lobsters will take a little more cooking time.
2. Drain; rinse with cold water for 1-2 min. Split and clean lobsters. Serve with clarified butter.
