Slow Cooker Kielbasa with Apples, Onions and Sauerkraut

| 2 lb. kielbasa (beef or turkey), cut into 2-in.-long pieces |
| 1 pkg. (about 16 oz.) sauerkraut, drained |
| 2 cans (10-3/4 oz. each) Campbell's® Condensed French Onion Soup |
| 3 medium apples, peeled and cut into quarters |
| 1 c. water or white wine |
| 2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard |
Directions:
1. Stir the kielbasa, sauerkraut, soup, apples, water and mustard in a 6-quart slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on High for 4-5 hr. or until the apples are tender.
* This dish is delicious served over hot mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
